SCCC Softball holds fundraiser for Spring Training

SCCC Softball held a fundraising event in the Skylander Gym on Sunday December 8th, 2019. The donations are to help fund the Lady Skylanders to a Spring Training trip in March 2020 to participate in The Ripken Experience in Mertle Beach, SC. Coach Smith said, "It was great to see families, friends and strangers come together to support these young athletes for an experience they won't forget".

With the help of family and friends, the softball athletes were able to put together this event themselves and take pride in their work. They have been training everyweek to prepare for the spring games and this will be the start of a fun and energetic season.  

We want to THANK every single person who helped us get closer to our fundraising goal this past sunday. Without your care and generosity, we wouldn't be able to take this team to a spring training they deserve. So, Thank you to all and Go Skylanders!
