Peck Commits to Sussex

The Sussex women's soccer program is excited to announce the signing of Anna Peck from Krefeld, Germany for the fall 2021 season.  Anna can play in multiple positions, but excels out wide either as an outside back or a wide midfielder.  Head coach Frank Vernacchio was pleased with the new addition.  "We are really excited to have Anna join the Sussex Family.  She has a great personality and after getting to know her a bit through our conversations, shows the type of character that we are looking for in our program.  When she plays, she has an urgency to drive forward and can fit in to our system and tactics right away.  We are delighted that she has chosen Sussex as her next step in her soccer career, and I think that she will help us achieve what we want to next season."

The Sussex Athletic Department would like to welcome Anna to the Sussex Family and are excited to see her compete this fall.
