Bio

Frank graduated from Pope John High School and then started his college soccer career playing at Sussex. He played two seasons as a defender for the Skylander’s. In his second season he was the team captain, made first team All-Region and first team All-Conference, and helped lead the Skylanders to the first Regional Championship in school history.

Frank moved on to play at Bloomfield College where he was selected for player of the week twice during his time there.

Frank started his coaching career training various club teams in the Sussex County area. He moved forward with his experience then coaching the Pope John Boys Freshmen Soccer team for one season and then getting the opportunity to be the assistant coach at Sussex County Community College in 2010, under Eric Ford for two seasons.

Frank was named as the head coach of the men's soccer program at Sussex County Community College in 2012 and was later named as the head coach for both the men's and women's soccer prgrams in January 2015. He has coached Sussex to 7 regional championship appearances and 3 semifinal appearances. Frank has also coached three All-American players with his time so far at Sussex and has coached many players who have been recognized for the first, second, and third team All-Region and All-Conference.

Along with these accomplishments, Frank has also helped players move on to many different four year programs across the country. Sussex players have moved on to NCAA Division I, II, and III programs, being prepared for the next step in their academic and athletic careers.
