SCCC Baseball Soph's Earn Scholarship

For any baseball player, a dream is to sign on that dotted line. Whether it is a baseball scholarship or the dream of signing an MLB/professional contact. In a realistic world, they're very hard to do, but these four individuals got the chance so few do, that is, to sign a baseball scholarship for their final semester at this college. The truth is, not everyone can sign, even if they deserve it or need it but on this day Anthony Melillo, Nicholas Grifone, Matt Douma, and Derek Sarapuchiello did. These four sophomores are the ideal players every coach wants. They display what it means to be a team player, the love they have for this program, and the work ethic they bring to every practice/game they attend. Today was their time to sign on that dotted line, to show that at Sussex Baseball, we do notice and we do appreciate what they do in the classroom, but most importantly what they do for this program! Well deserved Ant, Matt, Grifone, and Pooch!
