The Sussex men's soccer team defeated Bergen CC yesterday 1-0 off an 80th minute goal by Deon Waldmeier. Sussex had plenty of opportunities throughout the game, however, it took until the final 10 minutes for Sussex to break their duck. Waldmeier converted a well placed cross in front of goal by Ekin Arisoy to seal the game for the Skylanders. Sussex out shot Bergen 29 to 6 on the day, with goalkeeper Bailey Caller recording 3 saves along with his shutout.
Next up for the Skylanders is Region XIX opponent Union CC.
