Pellot Committs to Sussex

James Pellot of Vernon has committed to the Sussex Men's Soccer program for the fall of 2019. Pellot signed his NJCAA Letter of Intent Thursday at Vernon High School, and Sussex Head Coach Frank Vernacchio is excited James will be joining the program. Vernacchio said, "We are excited James is coming to Sussex, and even more excited to be adding a great young man. I went to a few of his games this year and his effort and attitude on the field were second to none. I believe James has a bright future ahead of him and I am looking forward to working with him over the next couple of years."

The Sussex Skylanders have had a busy recruiting season, and adding local talent to the team is always something Coach Vernacchio looks to do. Vernacchio said, "Our first goal is to always find the right players from the area. James is certainly the type of player and person we look for. One of our strengths as a team has always been to have a core group from the area. I am proud and glad that James will be a big part of that."
