Sussex Wins Back to Back Home Games

The Sussex Women's Basketball Team made a statement on Thursday by beating Bergen County Community College 67-40, the skylanders were lead by High Point standout Leah English who had 27 points, 5 steals and 9 assist, Newton guard Sophia Brondo Played a great game with 11 points and 5 assist all 6 players that suited up for skylanders played great. Forward Emmy Mulder had 11 points and 10 rebounds and Hanna Olsen had 9 points 9 rebounds. Lucia Francavilla had another great game rebounding with 10 rebounds she is second on the team this season despite playing the guard position at Sussex Tech. Eumani Hollins played a good game off the bench for Sussex scoring 7 points and 7 rebounds. Also on tuesday 1/14/25 the skylanders defeated Lehigh Carbon Community College in a nail bitter 50-48. The Sussex Women's basketball team looks to make it 3 wins in a row as they take on Camden County College at Noon this Saturday 1/18/25.
