Sussex Qualify for Nationals

Sussex County Community College had 4 wrestlers qualify for the NJCAA National Tournament on Saturday after competing at the NJCAA Gulf Atlantic District Tournament held at Lackawanna College.  Overall, there were 46 wrestlers who competed at the event.  The National Tournament will be held in Council Bluffs, Iowa from March 3-4, 2023, and it will be the second consecutive year that Sussex has competed at the championships. Nik Pagano (157 lbs), Mike Castles (165 lbs), Joe Casella (149 lbs), and Shane Saulnier (285 lbs) have all punched their ticket to the tournament and will look to try and bring back SCCC's first National Championship.
